Where is the store based?

Our store is based in Los Angeles, CA.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It can take up to 7 business days (weekends and holidays DO NOT count) to process and handle your order, unless otherwise specified on the description listing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

We know you are eager to receive your order, but please be patient as it's just ONE person organizing, packing, shipping, printing, and mailing your awesome orders out. We do our best to ship things out as soon as possible!

Also, and very important... If an order status is marked as "delivered" by USPS but you have not received your item, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS about the situation. As much as we would like to help, our inventory is limited and there's nothing much we can do on our end to help. In short, we DO NOT send replacements for lost items that have a "delivered" status.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! Please keep in mind that international shipping rates vary from region to region. In addition to the 7 business days to process and handle your order, international shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import tax upon arrival at their destination. You will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. Please note that transit times indicated above are provided by USPS, and are not necessarily guaranteed.

BB-CRE.8 is NOT responsible for customs fees, taxes and any stolen or lost items upon arrival.
